Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to generate and
process payroll and perform related functions for assigned
companies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and generate payroll
Review payroll reports for accuracy and validate complex
calculations
Compile backup documentation for audit and SOX compliance
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred or 5+ years of equivalent experience
in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll roles
FPC or CPP certification preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
Experience with payroll software preferred
Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups
