• - Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH

  • - Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg
  • - Position / Specialty: PCU - Gen 8 Acute
  • - Start date: Every Other week on Tuesdays
  • - Ratios: 1:4 all shifts
  • - Years of experience REQ: 1 year
  • - Weekend REQ: Yes- every other
  • - Is on-call REQ? No
  • - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
  • - Open to accommodating block schedule? No
  • - Locals accepted: No local travelers 50 miles or less
  • - Pending License accepted: No
  • - RTO Restrictions: Greater than 3 days will require Management approval
  • - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hour with the possibility of picking up an extra shift each week if available
  • - Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics
  • - Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, MS, Seizures, Myasthenia gravis, Other neurological issues, Craniotomies, Brain masses
  • - Work Setting: Telemetry and High flow Required
  • - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias
  • - IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Peripheral Line Care/Management
  • - Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA and Pre/Post neurosurgery
  • - Respiratory/Thoracic: Nasal Cannula and Non-invasive airway management
  • - Computerized Charting: EPIC, Required
  • - Teaching Hospital Experience required

    • - Schedules are subject to change based on staffing needs; two-week notice will be given by the facility for a change in schedule.
