Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare
Compliance Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance,
excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of
the legal process.What You'll Do
- Help surface, scope and drive legal work streams and create
processes related to ensuring compliance with domestic and
international laws.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement
privacy-by-design principles.
- Identify applicable laws and regulations, assess compliance
vulnerability and risk, provide actionable advice, and develop and
implement action plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in the review and assessment of new products, features,
and uses of data to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and
industry best practices.
- Assist with maintaining and updating consumer notices, terms of
service, and privacy policies.
- Monitor and anticipate developments in the regulatory
landscape.
- Create and advise on policies, processes, systems, and internal
controls necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal
requirements related to products and data, employment matters, and
corporate structure.Who You Are

Requirements
- This role typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related
experience
- At least 5-10 years of experience as an attorney advising on
regulatory compliance in some or all of the following areas:
- Product and corporate compliance for global on-line services
(US, EU, APAC)
- Privacy (CCPA, CPRA, MHMD, GDPR, FTC)
- Healthcare (HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare)
- Consumer protection
